Without you it would not be possible for GSK to develop the medicines of the future that will improve our quality of life.
Before any medication is prescribed by a doctor the drug has to undergo a series of clinical trials and this can take several years.
Our Clinical Research Units are in Cambridge and London – within the sites of the prestigious Addenbrooke’s and Hammersmith Hospitals. It is here where we undertake some of our clinical trials to evaluate how new drugs can be used to help people. In addition the Hammersmith Unit conducts MRI and/or PET scanning studies with the potential for radiolabelling testing.
